We are offering a 20 m2 retail space for sale on the bustling Széll Kálmán Square.

Located at one of Budapest’s most popular intersections, the semi-basement property is accessed via stairs from the street entrance. The walls have been freshly painted, and the floor is covered with laminate parquet; the rear section features a sink and a small storage room/fitting room. A restroom is available in the basement of the apartment building. A heating and cooling system maintains a comfortable temperature, and thanks to its location and 90 cm-thick walls, the space retains heat well in winter and stays pleasantly cool in summer.
